A hard-working dining room built for 140 covers a night. Every surface was specified for cleaning frequency first and appearance second, then detailed until the two agreed.

Our solution
Carved seats instead of upholstery on chairs, steel wear edges at every service point, and off-site prefabrication of the bar in three sections.
