ZANOVA manufactured and installed the complete furniture package for a twelve-suite lodge on the western corridor, including guestrooms, main lounge, dining pavilion, deck bar and staff accommodation. All pieces were crated in Arusha and installed by our own team across a three-week programme.
The challenge
The site sits nine hours from the nearest hardware supplier. Anything that failed would stay broken for a season, and every component had to arrive on a single convoy.
Our solution
We built every piece to be serviceable with hand tools, standardised fixings across the entire package, and shipped a spares crate with replacement webbing, cane panels and upholstery covers.
