An order placed through the site is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing.

Made-to-order and custom work begins only after written approval of drawings, materials and finishes.

Pricing

Prices shown on product pages are indicative for standard specifications. Custom dimensions, materials, finishes, delivery and installation are confirmed in your written quotation.

Materials

Solid timber, stone, leather and hand-woven components vary in grain, tone and texture. Variation is a characteristic of the material and is not a defect.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
