Returns Policy

When goods can be returned and how refunds are handled.

Ready-to-ship items

Unused ready-to-ship items in original condition and packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Return transport is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Made-to-order and custom work

Pieces manufactured to your specification are not returnable except where faulty or materially different from the approved drawings.

Faulty goods

Report any damage or defect within seven days of delivery, with photographs, to info@zanovafurnitures.com. We will repair, replace or refund.
