Delivery Policy

How and when ZANOVA delivers and installs goods.

Lead times

Ready-to-ship items dispatch within five working days. Made-to-order pieces are generally six to eleven weeks from approval. Custom joinery and project packages are quoted individually.

Charges and regions

Delivery charges depend on volume, distance and site access, and are confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation before payment.

Access

You are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access on the delivery date. Where access has not been surveyed and delivery cannot be completed, a re-delivery charge may apply.
