Cover

ZANOVA warrants its furniture and joinery against defects in workmanship and structure for two years from delivery under normal domestic or specified contract use.

Not covered

Fair wear and tear, natural movement, tonal change in timber and leather, damage from misuse, unsuitable environment, or maintenance not carried out as set out in the care notes.

Making a claim

Contact info@zanovafurnitures.com with your order reference and photographs. We inspect, then repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
